This movie starts off with a bang...literally. When someone gets blown up in the first 5 minutes of a movie, they have your attention. And you will spend the rest of the movie trying to figure out the ending....and then you do...and then you don't...but wait you may have had it right the first time. While the acting is OK, the dialoge mediocre, you will spend most of the time with a puzzled look on your face trying to figure out what is going on. Who is this killer? The action is pretty good and there is definitely a creepy factor to it.
This is not your typical "Christian movie" by any strech of the imagination. But there are religious themes and scripture quoted through out the movie. Basically it comes down to a good clean scare. Rated PG 13 for intense moments and some disturbing images, there is no foul language, sex, nudity, or gore. Would I pay $9 to see this movie? Under normal circumstances no. But in trying to support clean movies in Hollywood, yes. Maybe the next one will have all the right peices in place and just blow me away.
